How it all began...
Senior Vice President Jeff Lewis began Lewis & Lewis Painting as a small business in a small town in Pennsylvania. His grandfather told him to learn a trade, because it was something he could take to the bank.
In 1980,his grandmother took Jeff to his cousin's where he learned the ropes of being a painter. Jeff then went to work at A.N. Saxton Painting and then later he worked at Haven Homes where he gained his painting experience. In 1987 while still working at Haven Homes he started a small painting business on the side. In 1988 the business started to prosper. But at the same time they still worked other painting jobs.
In 1998 the Lewis family moved to Florida, where the painting business went on a standstill. Then in 2003 the business was up and running but this time as a corporation. The business is a family owned business. And since 2003, they have painted 100s of homes in the Volusia, Flagler, and Bevard areas where they worked for several builders.
In the Magazine Premier Builders Homes & Communities of Volusia County for 2007, Lewis & Lewis Painting Inc. had won countless awards.
One builder won five awards for their three model homes that they painted. They also won a second builder an award for his model home. The second builder also won countless awards in 2005, 2006, and 2007 for their homes in the Parade of Homes.
Jeff Lewis has 30 years painting experience from 1980 to present day, where his experience is still climbing. Also to this day Lewis & Lewis Painting Inc. is striving to have the best painting reputation in the Volusia / Flagler / Brevard / Martin / Palm Beach / Broward / Dade Counties .
In 2003 when the business incorporated Lori Lewis, Jeff Lewis Jr, came on board. Lori Lewis is now the President and the CEO of the business. Jeff Jr worked with his dad over the summers while not in school, but now he is a full time Vice President of Residential area.
Lori Lewis was inducted into Cambridge Who's Who from 2006 to 2008, where she won two awards.
